Game report
Dead Space
A single-player survival horror Platinum with no online requirements.
Reason
Whether you are playing the 2008 original on PS3 or the 2023 Remake on PS5, Dead Space is a strictly single-player survival horror game with zero online trophies, leaderboards, or active internet requirements.
Zero Online Trophies: All base trophies—including story progression, limb dismemberments, weapon kills, and log collection—are tracked entirely locally on your console.
Multiple Playthroughs Mandatory:
2023 Remake (PS5): Requires completing a run on Impossible Mode (“Untouchable”), beating the game using only the Plasma Cutter (“One Gun”), and finishing a New Game+ run (“Trusted Contractor”) to collect all 12 Marker Fragments for the secret ending.
2008 Original (PS3): Requires completing the game on Impossible difficulty (“Epic Tier 3 Engineer”), a Plasma Cutter-only run (“One Gun”), and upgrading all equipment on New Game+ (“Maxed Out”).
No Server Connectivity Needed: Unlike Dead Space 3, which had co-op trophies, the original Dead Space entry has no multiplayer modes whatsoever.
