Reason

While the vast majority of the game focuses on its single-player campaign, the base trophy list contains 6 mandatory multiplayer trophies tied to the game’s BATTLEMODE. You cannot unlock these without an active internet connection, a Bethesda.net account connection, and a PlayStation Plus subscription.

Mandatory Online Trophies (BATTLEMODE)

All 6 of these online trophies must be earned in public online matches or via private online lobbies:

• “Mix and Match”: Play as 5 different Player Demons in Battlemode.
• “Fight Like Hell”: Deal 5,000 damage as a Player Demon in Battlemode.
• “Blood Bath”: Kill 200 opponents in Battlemode.
• “Man vs Monsters”: Play 25 Battlemode matches.
• “Weapons Expert”: Kill a Player Demon with each of the 8 Slayer weapons in Battlemode.
• “Truce Between Demons”: Heal your teammate or yourself for 2,000 total health as a Demon in Battlemode.

Why the Rest Is Offline-Friendly

The remaining 27 campaign trophies can be completed 100% offline:

• Single-Player Beatable: Beat the campaign, collect all Praetor Suit upgrades, master all weapon mods, and complete Extra Life Mode.
• Private Boosting Workaround: If you connect online briefly, the Battlemode trophies can easily be boosted in a private match with 2 friends, which takes around 2–3 hours to knock out before returning to full offline play.
