Dying Light 2: Stay Human

An online co-op trophy blocks the Platinum offline.

PS5 Online co-op trophy blocks Platinum

Reason

While the vast majority of the campaign and world exploration can be completed solo, the base trophy list contains mandatory online multiplayer requirements.

  • Mandatory Online Trophies: There are co-op specific trophies on the base list that cannot be completed solo or offline:

  • “Being All Social”: Join a co-op session.

  • “That’s Teamwork!”: Kill 100 enemies while playing with at least 2 other players.

  • PlayStation Plus / Internet Required: Earning these co-op trophies requires an active internet connection and a PlayStation Plus subscription to matchmake or join online sessions.

  • Co-Op Cleanup Workaround: While the open-world game can be played offline for the main story, having an online connection is heavily recommended because missable collectible trophies (like “Archivist”) can often only be cleaned up post-game by joining other players’ online sessions if you missed them during locked story beats.
