Base Platinum Breakdown

• 100% Single-Player Eligible: All 43 base-game trophies (1 Platinum, 3 Gold, 13 Silver, 26 Bronze) track locally on your console.
• Minimum of 2 Playthroughs Required (New Game+): You cannot get the Platinum in a single run. The game features three distinct endings—“Rise of P”, “Free from the puppet string”, and “Real boy: They all lived happily ever after”—which depend on your overall Humanity choices (lying vs. telling the truth) and a critical decision at the end of the game.
• Collectibles Require Multiple Runs: Unlocking all records (“Golden Melody”) and weapons (“Normal Weapon Collector” / “Special Weapon Collector”) requires choices and boss Ergo exchanges across at least two playthroughs.

Key Tips for the Platinum

• Mind the Missable Quests & Trophies: Numerous trophies are tied to specific NPC side quests (e.g., “The Story of the Refined Old Lady” and “The Story of the Prince”) or finding hidden Cryptic Vessels and Gestures. Progressing past certain story checkpoints will lock you out of these until your next playthrough.
• Specters Can Be Summoned Offline: If you get stuck on difficult boss fights, you can use Star Fragments to summon an AI Specter helper outside boss arenas. This mechanic works completely offline and does not rely on real online players or servers.
