Game report

Resident Evil 3 (Remake)

A single-player remake Platinum with no online requirements.

PS5 33 base-game trophies

Reason

The main single-player campaign contains all 33 base-game trophies required for the Platinum. Although the game came bundled with an online multiplayer game called Resident Evil Resistance, none of Resistance’s trophies are tied to the base trophy list or required to earn the Platinum.

  • Zero Online Trophies: Every trophy—including difficulty completions, speedruns, and collectibles—can be tracked and unlocked offline.
  • In-Game Shop / Cheats Work Offline: Completing challenges rewards you with points to spend in the in-game shop. Unlocking overpowered items like the Infinite Rocket Launcher or defense coins can be done completely offline and does not disable trophies. You can use these items to make S-Rank runs on higher difficulties (Nightmare and Inferno) much easier.
  • Collectibles Are Offline: Tracking all 56 Files (“Bookworm”), 20 Charlie Dolls (“Goodbye, Charlie!”), and all safes/locks (“RE: Master of Unlocking”) operates locally without requiring Capcom account linking or server syncs.
