Reason

Valorant does not feature a Platinum trophy on PlayStation 5, and the game is strictly an online-only competitive shooter.

  • No Platinum Trophy: The PS5 version only features a small list of 16 total trophies (6 Gold, 7 Silver, and 3 Bronze), completely lacking the ultimate Platinum reward for 100% completion.
  • Always-Online Architecture: Valorant is a 5v5 tactical hero shooter that runs exclusively on dedicated servers. You must have a persistent internet connection to Riot Games’ servers just to log into the main menu. There is no offline campaign, offline freeplay, or offline bot mode available.
  • Mandatory Matchmaking Trophies: Even for the 16 trophies that do exist, every single one—such as securing 1,000 headshots, getting an Ace (killing all 5 enemies in a round), dealing 500,000 damage, and using abilities 4,000 times—must be earned during live online matchmaking against real human opponents.
